We have an excellent track record when it comes to making the perfect product, but in the rare case that a return of items is necessary, we always make things right with our clients. Due to the custom nature of the products, the high set up fees we incur, and the fact that custom merchandise is not re-salable to other customers, all custom order sales are final. We are only able to issue refunds if the design that was emailed and approved by the customer greatly varies with the finished product received. Slight variations in color and clarity do occur when images provided by the customer are not of highest resolution quality. Ie: Pictures of other images, unofficial non-vectorized clip art from the internet, ink drawings, paintings, photos, images not created by digital software, and any other small images that when get blown up to flag size, lose their quality. These situations do not warrant a refund of the product and will not be considered flawed merchandise. Please look carefully at your final design via a computer (not a phone) and confirm the orientation of the flag (horizontal or vertical) before you approve us to move forward with production. If you have any questions about the design of your custom merchandise please ask them BEFORE you approve your design for print. YOU control the design process:) Once the design is approved by you the production process has been started.
Accessories: (flag poles, clips, whips, non custom printed items (pre designs items) etc)
All "accessories" can be returned only if unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition. Return postage is the sole responsibility of the customer and all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. In cases where Fest Flags has sent the wrong product, we will cover the postage and restocking fee.
Returned to Sender:
Customers are responsible for all additional postage costs due to incorrect address entry and mail carrier error. Sometimes your browser will auto-fill your address with extra information. We will only ship to the inputted address on your order and are not responsible for mail carrier error or forgotten apartment unit #'s. Please double and triple confirm your shipping address during and after your order submission. Orders that have been deemed “delivered” by carriers, but not received or returned to sender will incur reship and reprint fees.
Shipping & Production Times:
We aim to complete all orders on time, but sometimes we are at the mercy of couriers who may experience later estimated delivery times due to weather, holidays, or any other such factors. The shipping times listed on our site are AVERAGE times for shipping and production of custom products AFTER the design has been approved by the client. Please plan accordingly if you need your merchandise by a certain date. If you need your items by a certain date please let us know upon ordering and we will be happy to accommodate you! We are not responsible for late deliveries nor will any refunds be issued for any product that arrives late.
