Can I use AI art?
Yes! AI art can look killer on a flag, with detail that would take a person ages to draw. Like any image, it can lose a little clarity at the edges on bigger flags. However, the detail that can be achieved with the right prompt more than makes up for this.
Will I see a mockup before you print?
Yes, always. We email your mockup within 3–24 hours of your order (check your spam folder). Nothing prints until you approve it.

How do I attach it to a pole?
The easiest way is zip ties through the grommets. The video below shows how.

Use a pole strong enough for your flag. Many teams use PVC pipe or a bigger pole.
Poles are sold separately. Our handheld Telescopic Flag Pole fits single-sided flags up to 3 × 5 ft. It is not made for double-sided flags. Need a stronger fiberglass pole? Email info@festflags.com after you order.
Is my image clear for printing?
Most images print well on smaller flags. On the bigger sizes, like 3 × 5 ft and 4 × 6 ft, an image that is not vector art can begin to lose some clarity around the edges.
A vector file stays razor sharp at any size, and it's yours to keep for every reorder. Most vector art comes as an AI, SVG, EPS or PDF file. Need one made? Email info@festflags.com. Most vector work is about $20–$40, depending on the art.

Single or double sided?
Single sided: Front side print. Your image shows in reverse on the back at about 75% to 85% visibility. Some see-through, depending on how the light hits. This is normal.
Double sided: 100% image visibility on both sides. A liner stops see-through. Use one image, or a different image on each side. Double-sided flags are thicker and heavier.
