How do I order a custom flag?

Pick your flag type, size and options, tell us what you want in the design notes, upload your logo, picture or artwork, and check out. A real designer then emails you a first mock-up, and you go back and forth with them on the design.

Can I see a mock-up before I buy?

If you absolutely need to see a mock-up before you pay, we've got your back. Email info@festflags.com with your flag sizes, design instructions and images, and how many flags you need (for designs that aren't too complex). For the fastest service, place your order on FestFlags.com and the design team will send you a mock-up to approve before production.

I only have a logo or an idea. Can you design it?

Yes. When you order, pick how much design help you need: none (we print exactly what you send), a little (add text, fonts, colors or your logo, resize your images) or a lot (we build the design from scratch with your images). "A little" and "a lot" are paid add-ons, each with a set number of edits shown on the product page. If your design needs full vector artwork, our professional designers can tackle any job for an added fee.

Single-sided or double-sided?

Single-sided is printed on one side. The design shows through on the back at about 70–80%, mirrored, and the flag is lighter.

Double-sided is two printed layers sewn together with a block-out liner between them, so it reads the right way from both sides (you can even have a different design on each side). It's a bit heavier.

What size and stitching should I get?

Most popular for ATV whips: 12x18 in double-sided with 4x stitching and tight corner cross stitch. Flags 2x3 ft and up: 6x stitching (or 8x). Motorcycles: 10x15 in and below with 4x.

On vehicles, smaller is better, and we don't recommend double-sided 3x5 ft flags on vehicles going faster than 15–20 MPH. More stitching means a longer life, especially on double-sided flags. Full size and stitching guide

Grommets or a sleeve?

Grommets: metal grommets in each corner. Most riders zip-tie them to the whip (two zip ties per grommet), or use our swivel clips.

Sleeve: a sleeve on the left side with rope. Standard sleeves fit a .875 in pole; motorcycle sleeves fit .375 in. Need another size? Email us your pole size right after you order. Grommets vs sleeves

Can you match my colors?

Yes, any color in the CMYK print range. Put the color name, or the CMYK or Pantone values, in your order notes. We can't print neon, fluorescent or glow-in-the-dark ink, but we'll match as closely as we can in your mock-up.

Do you do wholesale, bulk or school orders?

Yes. There's no minimum (order just 1), and 10 or more flags get wholesale pricing: use the Get a wholesale quote button above and we'll come back with a quote. Schools and non-profits can pay with a purchase order: email us.
