Shipping & Production Times:

We aim to complete all orders on time, but sometimes we are at the mercy of couriers who may experience later estimated delivery times due to weather, holidays, or any other such factors. The shipping times listed on our site are AVERAGE times for shipping and production of custom products AFTER the design has been approved by the client. Please plan accordingly if you need your merchandise by a certain date. If you need your items by a certain date please let us know upon ordering and we will be happy to accommodate you!
